Altor Fund II Buys Constructor Finland

Altor Fund II, have entered into an agreement to acquire Constructor Finland (COFI) The company is currently owned by management and Profita Fund II and since their acquisition of the business  in 2004 performance has been very strong and revenues have close to doubled. The company is headquartered and has production in Lohja with approximately 150 employees. COFI has a dominating position in the Finnish market and successful expansion of their Machine business in Europe over the last few years. They are also well positioned for further growth in Russia and the Baltic Region, including plans to start construction of a new manufacturing facility outside St. Petersburg during the course of next year.
